The Price of Perfection Season 3: Olivia Attwood's Eyewear Collection

The Price of Perfection Season 3: Olivia Attwood's Eyewear Collection

Cosmetic surgery television is hardly new, but Olivia Attwood: Price for Perfection has found a particularly compelling way to look at the subject. Returning for its third season, the ITV series goes further than simply discussing the motivations, expectations and realities behind cosmetic procedures. This time, Olivia Attwood follows selected contributors through some of the most talked-about procedures, from consultations and treatments to the surgical room itself, offering a closer look at what happens before, during and after going under the knife. And, naturally, Olivia does it all with an impressively considered wardrobe of glasses and sunglasses.

Across Season 3, Olivia’s style feels noticeably more relaxed and off-duty than the polished glamour associated with some of her television appearances. Think cosy sweaters, casual separates and, most importantly for us, an enviable rotation of eyewear. From timeless optical frames to fashion-forward luxury sunglasses, her choices prove that a chic pair of glasses can accompany practically any occasion: even a day spent investigating cosmetic surgery! We’re following Olivia episode by episode and scene by scene to identify every pair, including the exact styles and the closest alternatives when identification is less certain. Consider this your complete eyewear guide to Price for Perfection Season 3.

Episode 1 — Celebrity Surgery

Season 3 opens with “Celebrity Surgery”, introducing several public figures who are refreshingly candid about their experiences with cosmetic procedures, discussing the good, the bad and the ugly. Olivia meets comedian Katherine Ryan, reality television star Bre Tiesi, Welsh television personality Lateysha Grace and Katie Price, while also trying treatments herself along the way.

The very first eyewear moment of the season sees Olivia wearing Boots Optician's Willow and Rain optical glasses in tortoiseshell while meeting Katherine Ryan. During their conversation, Katherine receives LED light therapy while discussing her previous full facelift and blepharoplasty procedures, while Olivia tries Emface, a non-invasive treatment designed to sculpt and tone.

A similar silhouette of these glasses can be found in our Oliver Peoples Penney OV5375U 1550 that we currently stock in very limited quantities. A classic tortoiseshell frame such as this fits perfectly with Olivia’s increasingly relaxed styling throughout the series.

Later in the episode, Olivia switches to Prada C05S sunglasses in a new colourway; black featuring blue lenses before meeting Bre Tiesi of Selling Sunset. Bre tries Exomind, a non-invasive neuromodulation treatment intended to support mental wellbeing, focus and stress management, while Olivia puts Emsculpt Neo to the test on her stomach.

Pretavoir currently stocks the Prada C05S in black with grey lenses and the striped laguna with olive-green lenses. Olivia’s exact black-and-blue version is also available to pre-order by contacting our team.

Episode 2 — Turkey

Episode 2 turns its attention to Turkey, one of the most popular destinations for British patients seeking cosmetic and dental procedures, with the combination of five-star facilities and comparatively affordable treatment making the country a major hub for medical tourism.

For much of the episode, Olivia wears the tortoiseshell Miu Miu MU B07S 14L08N, which may seem like an optical but is actually a pair of sunglasses, distinguished by clear lenses incorporating Blue Control technology.

She follows Neelam through rhinoplasty, Shelby for dental crown fitting, Gemma for a post-weight-loss “mummy makeover”, and her The Only Way Is Essex co-star Bobby Norris as he undergoes his first facelift, including a lower eyelid lift and buccal fat removal. For Bobby, the procedure marks his ninth surgery in Turkey.

Olivia also speaks to Lois Molloy, founder and CEO of Serene Cosmetic, a medical and dental tourism concierge service operating between the UK, Dubai and Turkey. Towards the end of the episode, she meets Chrissie Wolfe, a global medical and cosmetic injury lawyer, to discuss the risks associated with overseas cosmetic procedures, including cases in which international surgery tourism has gone wrong.

Through it all, Olivia’s Miu Miu sunglasses provide one of the season’s most recognisable eyewear signatures: playful, feminine and fashion-forward.

Episode 3 — Facelift Before 50

If there is one cosmetic procedure that has dominated celebrity conversation in recent years, it is the facelift. Episode 3, “Facelift Before 50”, explores why increasingly younger women are considering surgical options rather than relying solely on temporary injectables and routine facial maintenance. The episode also looks at the fascination surrounding Kris Jenner’s much-discussed facelift, which sparked intense online speculation over the technique used.

The episode opens with Olivia meeting her mother, Jennifer Atwood, and casually asking what she thinks of her transparent beige Saint Laurent Sun SL 902 HOWL 002 sunglasses. Our verdict? Absolutely fabulous.

Olivia is then seen wearing black Prada PR A10V 16K1O1 optical glasses on her way to meet Sophie, a 33-year-old considering a thread lift. The understated square frame provides a polished contrast to the more statement-making sunglasses seen elsewhere in the episode.

During her investigation into Kris Jenner’s facelift, Olivia wears the celebrity-favourite Miu Miu MU 01XV VAU1O1. As the internet debates whether Jenner underwent a traditional SMAS facelift or the increasingly discussed Deep Plane technique, Olivia attempts to separate speculation from what can actually be established about the procedure.

It is another excellent example of Olivia’s ability to make even research-heavy moments feel effortlessly stylish, with the Miu Miu optical frame adding an intellectual edge to the look.

This episode introduces Amy, who is approaching her 41st birthday and has grown tired of temporary injectables and continual facial maintenance. She opts for a mini facelift, while The Only Way Is Essex star Dani Imbert, still in her late twenties, considers a surgical brow lift and upper blepharoplasty to define her upper eyelids.

For the closing sequence of Episode 3, Olivia returns to the tortoiseshell Miu Miu MU B07S 14L08N sunglasses with clear Blue Control lenses before meeting 44-year-old Britt, who is preparing to undergo a full facelift and neck lift.

And just like that, the Miu Miu pair has effectively become one of Olivia’s signature accessories of the season.

Episode 4 — Designer Legs

The episode explores how legs have become both a source of pride and insecurity, with celebrities such as Mariah Carey and Taylor Swift famously insuring their legs for millions, while statistics show that half of women in the UK feel insecure about wearing skirts. Episode 4 begins with Becky undergoing stretch mark removal through CO2 fractional laser treatment.

Olivia meets her mother Jennifer Atwood again, who contributed to Olivia’s physical genes. Jennifer was a model with beautiful legs who also had surgery to alter the appearance of her veins, prompting Olivia to wonder how her own legs might look in the future.

Olivia wore one of the most photographed frames she has worn in recent years, the Saint Laurent SL 596 Dune Opt 003 aviator optical glasses, while meeting Robyn, whose concerns include bulging varicose veins treated through surgical laser.

Olivia also wore the black Prada PR A10V 16K1O1 optical glasses while meeting Tali Wolf, who has shed half of her body weight, resulting in excess skin. She is now undergoing surgical arm and thigh lifts.

Olivia returned to the Miu Miu MU 01XV VAU1O1 oval optical glasses in tortoiseshell while researching the leg-lengthening procedure, referencing The Materialists and expressing her interest in meeting patients who have undergone the procedure.

Olivia returned to Turkey to directly witness the controversial procedure, where the Miu Miu MU B07S 14L08N sunglasses came back to our attention. She also met patient Nhan during his recovery, who gained five and a half inches after four months!

Episode 5 — K-Beauty

South Korea is the home of avant-garde beauty trends, and not a few British patients have travelled far to follow its innovations and experience its treatments.

Ahead of her flight, Olivia wore black sunglasses that we think could be the Gentle Monster Monica 01. An alternative for this frame would be our Isabel Marant IM 0265/S 807IR sunglasses in black.

In this episode, Olivia shops for all the necessities to recreate “glass skin”, accompanied by creator Jane Lee. Olivia also tried an 18-step Korean head spa with British twins, including hair and scalp analysis, where the hair brushing treatment includes LED light therapy and a soothing steam mask. Olivia also experienced stem cell treatment, a regenerative procedure Kim Kardashian underwent in South Korea as part of her anti-ageing efforts.

Olivia returned to wearing the black Prada PR A10V 16K1O1 square glasses to meet Erin An, a beauty concierge who arranged the Kardashians’ beauty and medical trip to Seoul. During filming, Erin arranged the latest skin booster treatment for Brandi, called Re2O, which has not been approved in the UK. To Olivia’s surprise, the treatment involves injecting materials derived from deceased donors' tissue!

Olivia switches to transparent yellow Phoebe Philo Bombe sunglasses before visiting patient Imy at a hospital specialising in eye surgery, where double eyelid surgery is one of the most popular procedures among local patients. Imy, from the UK, underwent lower eyelid surgery using fat taken from her thigh.

Episode 6 — Skinny Jabs: The Aftermath

In recent years, more than 1.6 million Brits have admitted to using “skinny jabs” such as Mounjaro and Ozempic. Olivia investigates the possible side effects associated with these weight-loss injections and what treatments are available to address them. The episode opens with Olivia chatting with television personality David Potts, who experienced significant weight loss along with the resulting issue of sagging skin.

One common side effect widely discussed on social media is hair loss. Olivia returns to wearing the Saint Laurent SL 596 Dune Opt 003 aviator optical glasses in tortoiseshell while meeting Florence, who experienced a receding hairline. Some treatments available for her condition is scalp microneedling and PRP, where a doctor takes a sample of her blood, centrifuges it and injects the plasma back into her scalp. Ironically, the treatment costs her more than the jabs themselves.

Olivia then switches to an oversized transparent pink optical frame before meeting Ruminta, who undergoes labia filler as weight loss from skinny jabs can also affect intimate areas by causing a loss of volume. Unfortunately, we have not been able to identify her exact glasses style, although the beautiful and chic colourway can be found in our Chloé CH0293O 003.

Olivia also wears her black Prada PR A10V 16K1O1 optical glasses while meeting 26-year-old Lauren, who is preparing for a combination of breast lift and augmentation and a tummy tuck with abdominal muscle tightening and repositioning. These intricate procedures are typically associated with a “mummy makeover”, although Lauren has never had children.
