Paris Men's Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2027: Celebrity Sunglasses and Eyewear Trends

Paris Men's Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2027: Celebrity Sunglasses and Eyewear Trends

Paris Men’s Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2027 runs from 23 to 28 June. It occupies a singular position on the global fashion calendar, intersecting seamlessly between Milan Men’s Fashion Week and Paris Haute Couture Week. While Paris has not always been viewed as a traditional menswear stronghold in the way Milan, London, or Florence are (cities famed for tailoring and sartorial rigour) fashion itself was born in Paris. As the home of legendary maisons and visionary couturiers, innovation here resonates louder than anywhere else, making Paris the stage where trailblazing menswear ideas are expected to emerge.

As the grandest of all fashion capitals, Paris was also the first to welcome international designers to establish ateliers and present collections, from Japan’s Kenzo and Issey Miyake to Lebanon’s Elie Saab and Zuhair Murad. This season once again reinforced Paris’s role as the creative epicentre, where French menswear, eyewear design, and celebrity style converge with unmistakable authority.

Saint Laurent — 23 June

Saint Laurent opened the Spring/Summer 2027 menswear season in Paris. So long, sombre palettes; hello clean neutrals underscored with sorbet-like bursts of colour. Set against a hazy atmosphere that felt foggy, misty, and perhaps a little smoky (a fitting nod to Le Smoking) Anthony Vaccarello presented a collection of only 38 looks that felt lighter in mood without abandoning the house's signature sharpness.

Strong shoulders remained firmly in place, although explored through lighter fabrics and softer constructions. Bomber-shaped volumes echoed Vaccarello's recent Fall/Winter 2026 womenswear outing, further demonstrating his often-underappreciated vision for voluminous proportion while paying homage to Yves Saint Laurent's own fascination with balloon silhouettes. Metallic finishes added another dimension, while slinkier, almost wet-look tailoring introduced a sense of movement and ease. Two particularly striking trench coats looked destined for festival headliners and front-row regulars alike.

The eyewear set the tone almost immediately, appearing from the second look onwards. Metal sunglasses featured a flat floating browline extending horizontally through the temple ends, supporting half-rimmed lenses without a traditional nose bridge. Sleek, futuristic, and unmistakably Saint Laurent.

Madonna attended the Saint Laurent show and certainly turned heads in tortoiseshell Saint Laurent Sun Blaze SL M119 002 sunglasses. This bold frame is available in stock at Pretavoir in limited quantities.

Rami Malek wore black Saint Laurent Sun SL 838 005 sunglasses, a frame that has quietly become one of his staples this season, having been spotted on him from the Cannes Film Festival to the French Open.

Lewis Pullman and Martin Edwards of K-pop group CORTIS opted for black Saint Laurent Sun SL 890 Betty Thin 001 sunglasses from the Spring/Summer 2026 collection. This frame is available in stock at Pretavoir in limited quantities.

Joe Alwyn debuted the new Saint Laurent SL 947 sunglasses in transparent brown featuring blue-green lenses from the upcoming Fall/Winter 2026 collection. Contact our team to enquire about or pre-order this model before it officially reaches retail!

Actors Keith Powers, Connor Storrie , Ben Hardy, and Tom Sturridge were spotted twinning in the new Saint Laurent SL 963 wraparound metal sunglasses.

Saint Laurent SL 963 is set to arrive at Pretavoir this autumn. Stay tuned!

Amelia Gray Hamlin wore the tortoiseshell version of the Saint Laurent Sun SL 890 Betty Thin 003 sunglasses, featuring grey lenses. Only one piece is left in stock for this versatile frame.

Supermodel Kate Moss embraced timeless styling in black Saint Laurent Sun SL 851 001 square sunglasses featuring slender acetate frames and temples, a detail rarely seen within Saint Laurent's typically bolder eyewear offering.

Daisy Edgar-Jones opted for the celebrity-approved Saint Laurent Sun SL 557 Shade 001 sunglasses in black.

Dior — 24 June

By this point, it is difficult to dissociate Jonathan Anderson's Dior from gardens and evergreens. For his Spring/Summer 2027 menswear debut, the designer chose Paris' temporarily closed Musée Nissim de Camondo as the backdrop, a setting whose manicured grounds (and exterior) perfectly complemented the collection's romantic spirit.

Patterned sheer outerwear in stripes and checks opened the first three looks, layered over Dior Homme's now-signature flairful white shirt. Layering formed as the collection's central proposition, creating an aristocratic air through maxi-length coats, double-breasted jackets with military-inspired buttoning, and tailored outerwear worn with contemporary staples including denim. Several high-collared sport jackets finished with contrasting lapels proved particularly compelling. There is always a softness to Jonathan Anderson's vision for Dior menswear without challenging the fundamentals of masculine tailoring. Frills and bows appeared throughout the collection, while shimmering cigarette trousers and elongated scarf-like shawls introduced subtle flourishes of elegance.

Only one eyewear design appeared on the runway, yet it perfectly encapsulated Anderson's whimsical approach. Available in both black and tortoiseshell acetate, the frame was adorned with crystals at the outer corners, creating the illusion of sparkling eyelashes. It felt like a lavish evolution of this season's Dior Lucky Charms line. Under Jonathan Anderson, Dior continues to deliver unexpected details without losing sight of the house's heritage.

Irish actor Fionn O'Shea wore the new DiorTailoring S2I 10A1 sunglasses in black from our Summer 2026 drop featuring grey gradient lenses, subtle metal hinges, and discreet CD logo lettering.

Meanwhile, South Korean singer Keonho of K-pop group CORTIS opted for the tortoiseshell version of the DiorTailoring S2I, available for pre-order by enquiring through our team.

Another CORTIS member Juhoon also attended the Dior show. He wore the new DiorBlackSuit S21U sunglasses.

Syrian actor Bassel Khaiat debuted the new DiorBlackSuit S19U rimless sunglasses with brown lenses. This frame is now available for pre-order by enquiring through our team.

Comedian Leo Reich opted for the new DiorSymbol S1I 10H0 wraparound sunglasses in black from our Summer 2026 drop, featuring striking yellow lenses.

Two actors currently in the spotlight, Chiwetel Ejiofor for his new horror film Backrooms and Paul Kircher for Forty Love alongside Romeo Beckham, debuted the new Dior Line sunglasses.

Actor Will Price delivered on-point styling, pairing his pastel-striped suit with the new DiorBlackSuit C2U Clubmaster-style sunglasses.

Actor Robert Aramayo wore the season's most coveted DioRibbon R1I 10A0 half-rimmed sunglasses in black.

French-Algerian actress Farida Khelfa wore black DiorGlow A1I 10A1 sunglasses. With only one piece left in stock, this newly released frame is not expected to stay available for long.

James Marsden attended the show wearing a Dior checkered shirt paired with... Saint Laurent sunglasses. How cool is that?

The actor finished the look with the Saint Laurent Sun SL 28 048 in tortoiseshell, proving that great style does not always have to stay within the same fashion house.

Celine — 28 June

"Chic" may be one of fashion's most overused words, yet it barely does justice to Michael Rider's latest outing for Celine. His third collection for the house (and first standalone menswear presentation) proved a confident triomphe, built around fearless colour-blocking not seen on Paris runways with such conviction since the early 2010s. Strong clothing was matched by even stronger accessories, reaffirming Rider's clear vision for the maison.

Outerwear floated effortlessly around the body, moving almost faster than the models' own shadows. Trousers came in every imaginable proportion, from generously wide-legged tailoring and voluminous harem-inspired joggers to cropped-lengths that instantly drew the eye. The cummerbund also made a surprising return, punctuating both the collection's casual and sharpest tailored looks. Accessories stole plenty of attention too: oversized leather carryalls inspired by humble brown paper bags were large enough to swallow an entire weekend's wardrobe, while pleated, origami-like constructions appeared as sculptural clutches and headpieces. And gloves... for spring? Leave it to Celine to make the unexpected feel entirely convincing.

The new eyewear collection was très, très, Celine. Timeless silhouettes, slender metal frames, and discreet branding spoke to a quieter confidence, introducing an intellectual refinement while retaining the house's rock 'n' roll spirit.

V of BTS debuted the new CELINE Morning Shade CL40350U 01A shield sunglasses, freshly arrived as part of our Summer 2026 drop.

Finn Wolfhard wore the new CELINE Combi CL40344U 03A sunglasses, another fresh arrival from our June 2026 drop.

Grace Jones (arguably the perfect embodiment of Michael Rider's vision for Celine) completed her look with black CELINE 3 Dots CL40342I 01A sunglasses.

Dior

At Dior, Jonathan Anderson’s second menswear collection initially read as rebellious, with flashes of provocation such as models wearing long yellow hair, evoking a return from an exotic foreign journey. Yet upon closer inspection, the collection revealed a sophisticated embrace of subtle flamboyance. Anderson’s starting point was Paul Poiret, the legendary couturier celebrated for balloon silhouettes and ornamental references spanning East Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. Dior’s iconic Bar jacket appeared shorter, more buttoned, and almost militaristic, while fringing epaulettes emerged not only on jackets but also cascading across polo shirts and shirt shoulders.

Our only disappointment? No eyewear on the runway.

Lewis Hamilton attended the show wearing Mektoub frames from Port Tanger rather than Dior eyewear (our second disappointment).

Actor Jack O’Connell, continuing his rise through awards season and fashion week alike, completed his pastel ensemble with black Dior CD Diamond S11U F0A0 sunglasses.

The front row also included singer-songwriter Brent Faiyaz, who opted for glossy black DiorBlackSuit S16I 10A0.

Syrian actor Bassel Khaiat wore DioRibbon S1I 55F0 sunglasses in transparent green featuring brown lenses from our Summer 2026 drop.

Fashion blogger Bryanboy was spotted wearing black Saint Laurent Sun SL 607 001 shield sunglasses.

Sam Nivola, who centred Jonathan Anderson’s Dior menswear debut, arrived wearing sunglasses from the Spring/Summer 2026 collection. A subtle preview worth watching, stay tuned!

Actor Jamie Dornan complemented his brown-beige coat with what appeared to be a new Dior beige sunglasses design, finished with warm brown lenses for a refined, tonal finish.

Fai Khadra was also in attendance, showcasing Jonathan Anderson’s refined menswear direction this season with a pleated ruff neckline. Skipping Dior eyewear, he instead opted for the iconic Ray-Ban New Wayfarer RB 2132 901L sunglasses.

Christian Louboutin

Christian Louboutin’s presentation marked another notable moment, with Jaden Smith appointed as the brand’s first-ever men’s creative director since September 2025. Best known for its red-soled shoes, and later its divisive spikes, the house took a more introspective turn. Presented as an immersive exhibition rather than a traditional runway show, the collection expanded beyond footwear and leather goods into baseball caps and silver accessories. Under Smith’s direction, Louboutin’s aesthetic shifted from overtly studded and glossy to perforated, matte, and deeply personal. Notably, Louboutin’s recently launched eyewear line featured several statement sunglasses within the presentation.

Among the guests, Will Smith attended proudly wearing black Tom Ford Frances TF1081 01A sunglasses with grey photochromic lenses.

While Jada Pinkett Smith turned heads in vintage Swarovski-studded Dior “Alek” R8Y shield sunglasses.

Saint Laurent

Amid the whirlwind of creative director reshuffles across fashion’s major houses, Anthony Vaccarello has firmly held his ground. His vision remains unmistakably Saint Laurent: broad shoulders echoing Yves Saint Laurent’s Le Smoking, a cinched waist, and elongated, narrow silhouettes rendered in lustrous fabrics. Yet, when each look is examined season after season, there is always an unexpected focal point woven into the collection (vertical stripes and dots this time). On the runway, eyewear emerged as a singular protagonist, a slim metal wraparound design, offered in a series of subtly varied tonal hues.

Connor Storrie made mustard, sand, and bronze look effortlessly breezy, pairing the unorthodox colour combination with gold Saint Laurent Sun SL 831 Vesper 005 sunglasses fitted with brown lenses.

His Heated Rivalry co-star François Arnaud was also in attendance, embracing the house’s signature formula in a leather coat layered over a dress shirt, finished with black Saint Laurent SL 789 Jacques 001 sunglasses.

Canadian actor Robbie G.K., who also stars in Heated Rivalry, opted for simpler styling and timeless accessories, choosing silver Saint Laurent SL 799 002 oval sunglasses.

A long-time loyalist to the house, Rami Malek wore one of Saint Laurent’s best-selling eyewear styles of recent years; the black SL 572 001.

Mexican actor Diego Calva accessorised his shimmering shirt with black Saint Laurent SL 766 001 frames, a unique collector's piece for their subtle bow-like silhouette.

Anthony Boyle’s hairstyle appeared to step straight off the runway presentation itself, accentuated by silver Saint Laurent Sun SL 97 002 sunglasses featuring an intriguing double-bridge design.

French actress Virginie Efira chose tortoiseshell Saint Laurent SL 560 sunglasses with brown gradient lenses, a colourway that has since been discontinued. However, we still stock the model in classic black for those who favour a timeless eyewear choice.

PS: This season’s next big thing — meet Saint Laurent HOWL sunglasses.
