Aspinal of London was founded in 2001 by Chairman Iain Burton. He started the quintessentially British brand with the assistance of Creative Director and head designer, Mariya Dykalo, who had previously worked at some of the world's most prestigious museums including the Louvre, the Vatican and the National History Museum. Together the pair were inspired by London,  from Islington to Soho, the Aspinal collections combine elegance, sophistication and charm to match the city. Aspinal of London began handcrafting luxury stationery for The National History Museum and since then, Aspinal’s success quickly grew with the brand being stocked at the likes of Selfridges in London and Galleries Lafayette in Paris and the brand name became synonymous with luxury leather.
