BTS Sunglasses: Comeback Live, Documentary & World Tour Arirang
Few artists in modern history have shaped global culture quite like BTS. From record-breaking Billboard chart dominance to multiple Grammy nominations, the South Korean supergroup has transcended music to become a defining force in fashion, art, and identity. Each member brings a distinct aesthetic, further amplified through high-profile ambassadorships — RM with Bottega Veneta, J-Hope with Louis Vuitton, SUGA with Valentino, Jimin with Dior, V with Celine, Jungkook with Calvin Klein, and Jin with Gucci — collectively cementing BTS as unparalleled style leaders. At the heart of their global influence lies the ARMY, a devoted fanbase whose cultural power has elevated every release, appearance, and fashion moment into a worldwide phenomenon.
After a period away from the spotlight due to mandatory military service, BTS’s long-awaited return in 2026 marks a defining new chapter. Anticipation reached fever pitch as media outlets and fashion publications reignited the narrative around their comeback.

As a leading men’s title, GQ set the tone in February 2026 with a striking cover story by Raymond Ang.
In one standout image shot by Dukhwa Jang, RM delivered a refined statement in gold Cartier CT0644S 003 oval sunglasses with red lenses, styled by Mobolaji Dawodu.
Shortly after, BTS graced the cover of Sure Magazine Korea for its March 2026 issue, where J-Hope embraced a more understated aesthetic in the Ray-Ban Mega Wayfarer RB0840S 901/31; a modern icon with enduring appeal.
BTS: The Comeback Live Arirang
The momentum culminated in The Comeback Live Arirang, held at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul on 21 March 2026 and streamed globally via Netflix. The performance marked their official return, drawing immense international attention and reaffirming their status as global icons.

During the set, J-Hope was seen in a pair of sunglasses from South Korean label Lemok.

Kim Taehyung, most notably known as V, wore sleek black sunglasses with visible rivets and metallic hinges, which we believe could possibly be the Gentle Monster Memento 01 (still unconfirmed).

RM, meanwhile, appeared in sleek black frames believed to be Port Tanger’s Raven model, adding a directional edge to the group’s stage styling.

BTS Depart For New York
Only 12 hours after the Comeback Concert, BTS depart for New York in matching blue windbreakers as an ode to the newly launched hit ‘Swim’ from the new Arirang album, with a lineup of photo calls and promotional appearances, including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, ahead of the major Spotify x BTS: SWIMSIDE event at Pier 17 on 23 March.
While travelling, RM was spotted rotating between statement eyewear, including:

In an Instagram reel posted by Jungkook also on 27 March, we caught a glimpse of SUGA wearing silver Cartier CT0563O 002 rimless optical glasses.
BTS: The Return, A Netflix Documentary
BTS: The Return on Netflix offers a closer look at the group’s long-awaited reunion, following their time reconnecting in Los Angeles before heading back to Seoul to begin recording. Blending behind-the-scenes moments with studio footage, the documentary highlights their creative process, preparation, and adjustment after time apart. It captures a more grounded side of BTS as they return to the global stage and begin their next chapter.

At the opening beach scene, where they livestreamed and thrilled fans with all seven members reunited in the same frame again, Jin was spotted wearing black Gentle Monster Numer 01 sunglasses with blue gradient lenses.

While BTS were brainstorming and developing ideas for the new album in Los Angeles, RM was seen wearing the grailed Chrome Hearts Chirp Chirp optical glasses.

During the songwriting process, recording sessions, and throwing baseball in between his breaks, V was seen wearing the grailed Chrome Hearts Deep II rimless optical glasses.
