EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS 


We have extended our return period for the festive season!

If you order between now and Christmas, you have up until January 15th 2024 to return your eyewear.

We suggest you open your order from us when it first arrives, inspect the frame and ensure it is suitable for gifting. In the unlikely event there are any issues with your eyewear then please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help rectify the issue.

 

If you are considering buying someone prescription eyewear for their Christmas, we recommend you purchase our 'frame only' option or opt to 'email your prescription later'. Once the receiver of the gift has tried the eyewear, and is happy with your choice, you can arrange with our team to have prescription lenses fitted. Otherwise you may not receive a full refund when returning glasses fitted with prescription lenses [as these are a customised item].


 


We strongly recommend you allow plenty of time for your eyewear to arrive. The dates above are estimated by each of the courier companies we work with and can be subject to change due to reduced air and freight capacities, high volumes, brexit and winter weather conditions. Many factors can impact the transportation and local deliveries across the globe so please order well in advance in order to avoid any disappointment.

Please note that if you choose a 'pre-order' item this will add time to the estimated shipping dates. Similarly, if you are adding prescription lenses this will add between 2 and 10 working days to your order. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions regarding delivery windows.

Can the person I am gifting to, return their eyewear if they do not like the model?

 

Yes, the person you are gifting to can return the eyewear if they do not like the model.

To initiate the return, they should contact us by email and provide the order number, preferably along with the email address the order was placed with (all of this information can be found on the invoice included with the gift).
For refunds, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. However, if the recipient of the gift prefers, we can arrange a refund in the form of store credit or a gift card so they can choose something else on the site.
