Christmas Delivery Information 🎄

We want to make sure your glasses arrive in time for Christmas. Please read the information below carefully when placing your order during the festive period.

Please order as early as possible and if your order is a Christmas Gift do have a Plan B..

We hope you are all having a splendid Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Our office reopens on Saturday 27th and we hope to dispatch a portion of orders placed during Christmas period on the 27th. However please note that it may be on the 29th that your order made during our close down is dispatched.

Our Dispatch Times

We dispatch orders as follows:

• Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 3:00pm are dispatched the same day

• Saturday: Orders placed before 12:00pm are dispatched the same day

Orders placed after these times will be dispatched on the next working day.

Christmas Cut-Off Dates

To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by the following dates:

UK Delivery

• 48 Hour Shipping Saturday 20th

• Special Delivery / DPD Next Day Tuesday 23rd

International Delivery

If your order is placed after December 17th it is very unlikely that you will receive before Christmas.

Prescription Glasses & Sunglasses

Prescription orders require additional processing time.

• Prescription lenses are custom-made for each order
• Processing times vary depending on lens type and coatings
• We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment

If you do require your glasses for Christmas please do contact us by phone, email or live chat and ask for Free VIP Express Lab service and confirmation of lens availability.

Christmas Extended Returns

We will accept items unworn with all tags intact for refund or exchange until jan 15th 2026

Pre-Orders & Special Orders

Some products are offered on a pre-order or special order basis. These items are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas unless clearly stated on the product page.

Courier Delays

During the Christmas period, courier networks are extremely busy. While we dispatch orders on time, delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
