KAOS Sunglasses | Netflix Must Watch

KAOS Sunglasses | Netflix Must Watch

Kaos, Netflix's latest sensation, has quickly ascended into the platform’s Top 10, capturing audiences with its bold and stylish reimagining of Greek mythology. Created by Charlie Covell, the series takes familiar myths and gives them a darkly comedic, modern twist, making the ancient world feel fresh and culturally relevant. But what truly sets Kaos apart is its visual spectacle—fusing mythology, high fashion, and contemporary aesthetics in a way that feels like an epic runway show.

Costume designer Rebeca Hale elevates the gods of Olympus to fashion icons, dressing them in pieces from luxury brands like Loewe, Gucci, Tom Ford, and Celine. These couture-inspired looks transform Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon into modern-day deities of style, where power and fashion collide. The bold wardrobe choices reflect the gods' personal flaws, power struggles, and relationships, usin fashion to tell their stories in an unexpected way.

At Pretavoir, we’re especially excited about the show’s focus on sunglasses, which play a pivotal role in many of the characters' looks. These sleek, statement accessories add another layer of mystique to the gods, blending power with cool, modern confidence. Whether it’s Zeus commanding the skies or Hades brooding in the underworld, sunglasses have become key to defining their presence on screen.

One of the show’s standout fashion icons is Dionysus, played by Nabhaan Rizwan, who consistently turns heads with his bold eyewear choices. Throughout Kaos, he sports a variety of distinctive sunglasses, each adding to his charismatic and unpredictable persona, making him one of the most visually memorable characters in the series.

Cinema icon Jeff Goldblum takes on the role of Zeus, the king of the gods, in Kaos, and in many scenes, he’s seen wearing a pair of vintage Jacques Marie Mage 1962 sunglasses. Since these rare vintage frames are hard to find, we’ve curated a couple of similar styles – Bottega Veneta BV1194S 002 and Loewe Metal LW40116U 30F.
